Cycle All Levels A fun and challenging cardio class on the Spin bikes. Let our instructor lead you through sprints, hills, drills and more to get your heart pumping! Class size is limited. Sign in begins 15 mins prior to class time.
Cardio Muscle All Levels A great all around workout combining cardio and strength training intervals.
