  behaviour, mobile, inequity)

Tier 1 Objective

• Build community, local Government and civil
  society capacity through
• 1) consultations, community outreach workshops,
  HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention interventions,
  peer education and referral systems
• 2) leveraging the experiences of major mining
  companies

Tier 2 and 3 Objectives

• Tier 2 Build the capacity of mining enterprises
  and particularly local SMEs (involved in mining
  or not) to prevent and mitigate the impact of
  HIV/AIDS on their businesses through a training
  program
• Tier 3 Facilitate the use of IFCs HIV/AIDS
