sighing - Breasts mass or skin infection

aortic aneurysm - PR for mass and prostate gland
- Foot diabetic foot, callus, onychogryphosis
- Nervous system non-significant signs (absent
ankle jerk, decreased vibration sense at foot,
frontal lobe releasing signs e.g. palmomental
reflex, grasping, glabella tap sign, snout
reflex. - Get-up-and-go test, gait
