- A members conduct shall uphold the dignity,
reputation and good standing of the profession.

- A member shall not by unfair means do anything
that would harm the reputation, business or
prospects of another member and he shall at all
times act with integrity towards the Society, its
members and the members of other professions with

- A member in discharging his responsibility to his
employer or client shall have proper regard to
the public interest and to the rights of third
parties and, in particular, shall insure that the
intellectual property rights of others are not

- A member shall discharge his obligations to his
employer or client with complete fidelity. He
