  • Gland coordinaton of programme, constituency
    and finance
  • Brussels gateway to EU institutions
  • Belgrade support to Members and field
    activities primarily in trans-national protected
    area and other natural resources management in
    South East Europe
  • Tbilisi support to Members and field activities
    primarily in forest and protected area management
    in the Caucasus
  • We do not envisage a large team of Secretariat
    staff to manage field projects in Europe
  • although we may need some additional staff to do
    our work more effectively.
  • The European Secretariat should support Members
    and National Committees in their work, and
    provide the links between Commissions, Members
    and global Secretariat programme staff.
