    working protocols for all job functions.

Maintain A Safe Work Environment

    many teammates as possible to work from home and

    hygiene, housekeeping, and Pandemic flu planning
    are all courses available for teammate training.
  • Managers trained in medical surveillance in order
    to more readily identify signs of potential
    infection and respond appropriately.

  • Keeps teammates healthy, encourage to seek
    medical attention with flu like symptoms.
  • OM monitoring federal governments approach and
    progress toward development of avian flu vaccine.
  • Vaccines available, OM management will ensure
    they are distributed to teammates according to
    their risk

Inventory Action Plans

    phases, forecasts for critical products will
    increase per predetermined amounts according to
    governmental guidance and severity projections.
  • Demand exceeds supply.. Our National Directors of
    Emergency response will control the allocation
    of products within our system.

Emergency Protocols
  • In Pandemic, limit contact between healthy and
    infected
  • Looking for policies from our customers for
    required precautionary activities within their
    facilities.
  • OM will expect all of its teammates who work
    within or deliver to hospitals to adhere strictly
    to recommended practices outlined at each
    facility
  • We will expect our teammates to adhere to all
    community based control measures that are
    initiated at the state and local level .

Internal Protocols
  • OM teammates are expected to observe good
    respiratory and hand hygiene at all times.
  • If delivering to floors at hospitals, all OM
    teammates will follow hospitals protocols and
    use appropriate personal protective equipment

    with all healthcare customers to understand their
    individual response plans and support needs
