Water enters air chamber, compresses air inside
Pressurized water exerts downward force on
delivery valve making it close
Pressure inside the pump builds up
Delivery valve opens
Water pressure builds up under the delivery valve
Pressure under the waste valve begins to decrease
Waste valve opens to begin a new cycle
Water goes out and up the delivery pipe
Waste valve closes
