Internal stakeholders need to participate in
usability studies so they understand the user
experience and become an advocate for usability
improvements
Findings showed that the higher the status of the
internal stakeholder, the more likely it is that
a usability enhancement they suggest will be
implemented
  •   Regression tests showed that employee status
    Level correlated with the requirements
    implemented at a significance level of .028
