  • For those of you who werent here for class, a
    copy of the case is outside my office.

  • Determine the facts (who, what, where, when)
  • Ethical Issue (Make sure to identify precisely
    what the ethical issue(s) is/are. For example,
    conflict involving rights, question over limits
    of obligation on safety responsibility to a
    certain stakeholder and so on.)
  • Identify Major Principles or Theories (For
    example, what ethical theories relate most
    closely to this issue? Virtue ethics integrity,
    fairness, respect for person duties,
    consequencesgreatest good, rights and duties,
    and so on.
