- Colleague-to-colleague recognition you request
from a peers line manager -
- Nominate a colleague by emailing their manager
- Explain what theyve achieved and how it supports
our values - Their manager will then decide whether to
recognise - Watch this space online nomination systems

- High-profile recognition to give your biggest
achievements the biggest stage -
- Annual recognition awards and rewards for the
brightest and best contributions - Each BU and GEF will plan their own depending on
results - Conditional on business performance
- Your BU or GEF will give you full details of how
to join in (where applicable)
