perform both small and complex procurements and
have purchasing responsibilities over 50,000

• Procurement-related activities must comprise at
  least 50 of the current job
• One year experience in procurement
• Effective 2009, an Associate degree from an
  accredited institution of higher education and
  six college credit hours in purchasing courses or
  48 hours in purchasing seminars
