3Key Objective
The key objective of the AZ LeaderForce project
with Childhelp is to develop a pilot strategy for
balancing a strong national brand and a strong
local execution of that brand within the Arizona
region, and specifically with individual programs
located in the Phoenix Valley.
4Expectations
The expectation is that this pilot strategy will
be adapted with learning's experienced in its
execution here, and adopted for implementation in
other Childhelp regional locations across the
nation.

Early push by Champions for transparency, based
on challenges they faced from their prior years
experience, helped establish open dialogue early
on
