  1998

• Be humble in foreign policy
• No nation building, treat other nations with
  respect
• reform the UN
• Kyoto global warming protocol is flawed
• Need to develop new anti-missile shield, need to
  break the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty
• Keep US troops at home, no new adventures like
  Clintons Somalia, Yugoslavia, and other
  misadventures

   because the Axis of Evil of Iran, Iraq and North
   Korea may attack at any time.

   WMDs, 2. Stop Iraq from spreading terrorism like
