Programme update

• The Northern Periphery Programme has had seven
  application rounds. The last steering committee
  meeting to approve main projects was on 24th of
  April 2004. In total, 61 of NPP funding was
  committed after that meeting. Next Steering
  Committee meeting is on 11th of September 2004 in
  Greenland
• The closing date for next round of main project
  applications is 31st October 2004
• The call for micro and preparatory projects has
  been open.
• 600 000 EUR has been reserved for micro and
  preparatory projects, from which 78 (473 000
  Euros) had been committed by August 2004.

• Regional Contact Points will select and invite

  Creative industries and young people.
