  analog signals, Broadcasters has invested
  billions of dollar on analog infrastructures.
  Changes the infrastructures from Analog to IP
  based digital infrastructure is hard, expensive
  and time consuming but sure Better TV IPTV
  will come and dominate the entertainment market
  in coming years.
