To find a user the in the Directory you can use
Last Name, First Name.

For this exercise will use Trainer, select
On-Call Assignment on the left of you screen.
Then on the center of the page select the
calendar.

To assign a schedule first click on find in blue
on the upper right up corner.

Select the user that you would like to assign a
schedule and press select. See next example.

Now the name appears on the names field. You can
put in the start and end time manually or click
the drop down arrow and choose the shift that was
created in Smart Center. For this example we will
use from the drop down list0830 AM 0459 PM.

Now select from the calendar which day or days
for this example we will use the 14th and click
on SAVE. See next screen.If you notice there are
some HOT keyboard shortcuts that you can also
use. See the details below.

To edit a schedule click on the date that you
would like to edit. For this example we will use
the 14th.

To edit a date the radio button will indicate
which one will be modified. Make sure you save
as you go. Once you have complete this process
click on block on the upper right.

Press the list to display your Members.
