Flowcytometric analysis for apoptosis of ZK-1
cells in RNAi experiments The suppression in
siPDPN cell growth (Figure 2b Supplementary
information 3) was not due to apoptosis because
apoptotic cell proportions in siPDPN (4.6, 5.1)
were not larger than those of control cells
(siNC 2.3, 3.4 mock 2.2, 2.1) at 72 hrs
and 120 hrs after plating.
