Tip 1. Tense Verification - Verify the TENSE
of the question before answering.

Tip 2. If the answer of the question is not
known, opt an answer that you feel nearly
correct. Dont leave any question unanswered
since there are no negative marks.
Tip 3. IPECC - Initiating, Planning,
Executing, Controlling and Closing.

Tip 4. BCWP, BCWS and ACWP may be mentioned in
the question as Actual Cost (AC), Planned Value
(PV) and Earned Value (EV) respectively.
Tip 5. No minimum scope for individual
knowledge area.

Tip 6. Read the questions twice and look for
clues like NOT, ELSE, FIRST, MOSTLY, etc.,
Tip 7. You wont get questions from knowledge
areas. Questions will be from process areas.

Tip 8. Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled/
Performed.(BCWS/ BCWP)
Tip 9. There is no Grade in the System of
Examination.
Tip 10. Only 4 answer choices (not 5)
will be given for a question.

Tip 11. If the question is too big skip it for
later revision, since revision of skipped
questions is possible.
Tip 12. Choices like All of the above, None
of the above, AB, BC and the like are not
given in the exam.

Tip 13. If the values in Cost Variance or
Schedule Variance is negative, then it is
considered as bad or undesirable for any project.
