whole lot better. Stay in college and make some
good investments 4) What model was your first
Harley 2000 Road King, Classic. 5) Why Harley
and not another motorcycle brand. They are just
flat ass cool! The chrome, the T-shirts, the
pipes, and some of the best people on earth ride
them just look at who is in our HOG Group. I
consider everyone in the group a friend. I
wouldnt have as many friends if I didnt buy the
Harley and join up with HOG. 6) Of all the rides
you've taken, which one stands out the most and
why? The ride to Sturgis with Dave and Larry. 15
days with no schedule or planned destination.
Total Freedom to go where and when we wanted. 7)
What one ride do you want to take before you
lower your kick stand for the last time? The
Florida Keys 8) What ride do you look forward to
every year and why? I have a group of guys that
I ride with. We often start out with a
destination but rarely make it there. Sort of a
cross between the Wild Hogs and the Wild
Bunch. 9) What Harley model would you buy
next and why? Road King Standard. I love the look
of the bike original Harley. It makes a
wonderful cruiser for those long trips. I would
like the hard bags so I can secure my camera and
other things. 10) Who's the most famous person
you've met? Met a few Guarded Jimmy Carter,
Howard Schultz, Tommy Thompson, John Walsh, and
Janine Turner to name a few. Hopefully, one day,
Ill meet Jesus on good terms. 11) Who's the one
person you would like to meet why? The Pope.
Since I was raised Catholic, I would really like
to know why the church stays so old fashioned (no
female priest, no birth control, etc.) 12) Who
do you admire the most and why? The medical staff
at Childrens Hospital and those in the Burn Unit
at Harbor View. It rips me apart when I see
children in pain. I think those people who work
with the sick kids and people painfully
disfigured are true heros.   13) What do you
want to be doing in 5 yrs? Hiking, riding my
Harley, and being able to enjoy the company of my
children and their children. (Sitting on my deck
smoking a Cigar and sipping a 15 year old single
malt scotch with Karen wouldnt be too bad
either). 14) Besides riding motorcycles, what
are your other hobbies? Backpacking, hiking,
running, snowshoeing, XC skiing, and flirting
with the female HOG members. 15) What don't most
people know about you?  My partners and I won an
Emmy for a 3 hour television production we
made. (The Emmy sits in our producers office).
16) What gets you fired up (angry)? Stupid
drivers all those folks behind me and those in
front of me. 17) What relaxes you (puts you at
ease)? When Karen.... better not go
there.   18) If you could, what non-living person
would you like to have a conversation with and
why? Benjamin Franklin I would love to hear what
he has to say about the United States in its
present state. 19) What's your biggest
mistake? I was told to keep my answers short no
room to list them. 20) If you could, what one
message would you like to communicate to the
world? My motto is, Dont Whine, Deal with
it. Dont complain if you havent tried to
change it.
