History

• 24 yrs, Male
• Recurrent pain in epigastrium and back for 1.5
  yrs
• Evaluated by USG, MRCP suggestive of chronic
  calculous pancreatitis
• No h/o DM, Jaundice, GI bleed, GOO
• Patient planed for Freys procedure.
