each weekend. Club Upscale will be approximately
10,000 sq. ft. and hold 800 people at capacity.
We have a parking lot holding up to 375 vehicles.
We are one miles away from the ford center where
the Oklahoma City Thunder games are.

- Club Upscale provides a full service bar with
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which
liquor will have a 400 mark up. - There will be three clubs in one. Club Upscale
will be split into hip-hop, rock, and country as
the different genres of music. This will bring a
diverse crowd to our club and they can enjoy
different types of music instead of listening to
one type. - Space rental is available for parties,
gatherings, shows, and events. Prices varies due

14Functions of our Management Team
- Quintrell Stepney is in charge of making sure
club upscale live up to his name, I look for
oppurtunities, resources, and ways to expand so
club Upscale will continue to grow. - Daniel Chadwell is in charge of the technical
work. His main duty is to maintain the clubs
equipment, lightings, and fixtures. He also
records the depreciation on equipment in a year. - Cherise Bowens keeps the books at club Upscale.
Making sure that we operate as efficient as
possible, and as profitable as possible.
15- Kyle Worcester- Will be in charge of the day to
day operation. He is a supervisor over the
employees and keeps inventory on products. He
also enforce the rules and culture of club
Upscale. - Christina Lanham- Duty is to penetrate our
potential target market with advertisement,
promotions, and discounts. Christinas main duty
is to fill up the club, and bring a diverse
crowds.
