  to emphasize Governments commitment to control
  firearms.

CONTROL INFLOW of Firearms

• Objectives
• To block the inflow of illegal firearms into the
  RSA
• To control the import of firearms in order to
  prevent "illegal firearms" from entering the
  country

legal firearms in order to prevent them from
becoming illegal
