• Demand Response(DR) Program Overview
• Customer commits a specific kW reduction amount
  to the program
• On a peak day, CPS Energy issues a call for
  curtailment with one to two hours advance notice
• Customer initiates the reduction for the
  specified time period- for example
• The next day, CPS Energy verifies the customers
  load reduction via metering data
