  the importance of evaluation and to encourage a
  consistent and systematic approach to evaluation
• Designed to help you to plan, implement and
  report evaluations of policies, programmes, PB
  initiatives, services and to use evaluation as a
  tool for the continuous improvement and to make
  decisions
• A useful management tool to plan and evaluate the
  performance and effectiveness across the
  organisation and to use the learning from
  on-going evaluation to continuously improve
  organisational effectiveness
