Sedex Supplier Registration Process
1. Choose your language
2) Click on Join now

4) Choose the number of sites of employment you
wish to register (at an annual cost of 28 plus a
small handling charge per site)

5) Enter the email address of the main contact
for your account. All Sedex communication will
be sent to this address.
6) Choose a username to be used each time you log
into Sedex
7) Read and agree to the Sedex rules and terms
and conditions

- PayPal calculates the payment according to the
number of your sites of employment you wish to
register.

Note you receive instructions on setting your
password through emails

9) Click here to make the payment on PayPal
website You must ensure that the Billing Address
matches the address of the card you are paying
with otherwise your payment cannot be processed.

following emails - Confirmation from PayPal of your payment
- Confirmation from Sedex that your account has
been set up - An email with details on how to set up a
password

8 Set-up user access
Company Administrator
Site users can only access and edit data for
their assigned site(s). Company user adds site
users after registering sites

the companys sites and add customers and users

9 Set-up user access
- There is no limit to the number of users that
can be added on Sedex - It is important to grant the correct level of
user access - A site level user can be given access to several
sites - If you wish an SAQ to be answered by a site
user, remember to add them to the account and
instruct them on how to complete the SAQ.

- 13. Enter password for user or request a system
generated password. - (Note Password should have 8 or more characters
and incl. 1 or more capital letter and number.

Direct Customer Customer that you supply

Indirect Customer is supplied with your goods by
your direct customer. Not all companies have an
indirect customer.
As soon as your customer validates your
request, your company will be visible to them.
