7Rental Rehab
- Movin Out purchases
- used housing, adds
- accessibility features that
- tenants need now or may need
- in the future, and fixes up the housing to meet
all code requirements. - Movin Out reserves these rental units for
low-income tenants with disabilities. - Movin Out accommodates tenants who rely on
in-home care givers.

project passes the public scrutiny test? - Its needed and reasonable it doesnt look
garish, absurd or wasteful - Its a cost efficient accommodation taxpayer
dollars have been well spent - Its a good long term solution its not a new
addition made to substandard property - It would be fine to see the project written up on
the front page of tomorrows newspaper.
