• What is it? Race discrimination has been an issue
  in society and the workplace until acts and laws
  were mandated to keep this issue in control.
• In 1976, The Race relations act was created to
  make it unlawful for employers to discriminate on
  racial backgrounds.
• Race discrimination can prevent a person from a
  job opportunity due to their background or color.

• People of minorities are under the Rights
  ethical principle because they are concerned with
  their rights in the workplace.
• Employers would be under the principle of
  universalism because it is more of a duty to them
  to keep racial discrimination out of the
  workplace.
• The government would be under the Justice
  principle because they make the laws to prevent
  such issues as racial discrimination in the
  workplace.
