• In literature, a conclusion is a judgment that
  you draw, or come to, after you have considered
  all of the evidence from the piece of text you
  have read.

How do I draw a conclusion?

• You examine the details in the story by reading
  carefully and drawing on your own experiences.
• Specifically, you want to examine the details
  about the following elements
• The plot
• The characters
• The setting
• Use the words from the text to help you examine
  the evidence and draw your own conclusions.

Critical Thinking

• Drawing conclusions from text that you read is an
  important critical thinking skill.
• When you draw conclusions, there is not
  necessarily a wrong answerAS LONG AS YOU USE
