    (1991) 3-Component Model of Organizational
    Commitment in an Asian/Military culture.

    Commitment.

  • Org Commitment measured using the revised 18-item
    scale (Meyer et al, 1993)
  • 48-item questionnaire pertaining to employees
    perception of various aspects of the work
    environment
