• Must be a VISIBLE
• Representative
• Welcomes new employees and members
• Represents Blgd/Site members at council meetings

• Distribute newsletters, flyers other info.
• Maintain and activate phone tree.
• Conduct collect surveys.
• Inform membership of policies, decisions
  benefits of membership.

• Files grievances at informal level
• Represents members in workplace disputes with
  management
• Identifies workplace problems
• Involves members in problem solving

• STOP TALKING!!!
• Concentrate on what is being said.
• Ask questions.
