• Do nothing at all.Just leave it alone.
• Do some minor hydro modifications designed to
  increase water percolation. Small soil berms
  (less than 18 with stone spillways)
• Invasive Species control. (Glyphosate Injections
  in Bush Honeysuckle growing around the perimeter)
  
• Clearing branches fallen after 2003 Ice Storm
  still present, piling in small piles for wildlife
  habitat.
• Clearing it completely, Mowing it, filling it,
  making a soccer practice or softball field.
  (just kidding)
• Property Disposition Options
• 1. Deed to City.
• 2. Deed to Homeowners Association
• 3. Deed to Friends of Wolf Run.
• 4. Deed to Adjacent landowner (Tom Martin) with
  provision a conservation easement be held on
  property. Work with Bluegrass Land and Nature
  Trust to hold Conservation Easement.
• 5. Do nothing, allow it to stay in the hands of
  the developer
• Use of 10,000.00 funds Options
• 1. Place in trust fund managed by Hill N Dale
  Neighborhood Association, use proceeds
  (500.00/year) for limited annual maintenance
• 2. Spend it on implementing management plans
  listed above.
