• NR Center for Naval Leadership stood up
  December 2005 Nine months earlier than planned!
• Provide Just in Time Leadership training to
  officers and enlisted.
• Over 230 RC Facilitators in over 70 locations
  throughout the U.S.
• We are NOT MTT

Who Should Attend?

• Those currently in or being groomed for
  leadership or management positions
• Those who need to be motivated or deciding on
  whether or not to re-enlist.
• More importantly, the 10,000 Active and 4,300
  Reserve TIR eligible sailors who will not be able
  to take the exam in FY08 without completing the
  class.

• We have 6 months to train everyone who will be up
  for advancement thats double what we taught
  last year
• Be aggressive
• Dont wait until your sailors NEED the course
  schedule them now in preparation for leading!
• Get your confirmed TIR sailors a quota TODAY!

• Must meet the 3 Cs
• Good Communication skills
• Credible record of performance / appearance
• Committed to program
• Exemplary military bearing
• Comfortable leading groups of people
• Do more than minimum IDT/AT

• Advanced education BS or higher
• Significant civ/mil leadership roles and
  experience related to facilitation and
  presentation

• Flexibility in IDT/AT scheduling
