Avoid Planting

• In Extremely Dry Soils because the seedlings will
  lack moisture
• In Extremely Wet Soils because the seedlings will
  lack oxygen

• 35-60 degrees F
• Relative Humidity greater than 40
• Wind Speeds less than 10 .mph
