Rig Safety. Made Simple.

• The Rigsmart Safety System is engineered to
  protect personnel, environment and equipment.
• Weight, block height and other parameters are
  monitored as a percentage of pre-defined
  maximums.
• Alarms and a throttle override are engaged once
  preset limits are reached.
• The preset limits are set at the beginning of a
  job and include pipe yield strength, bottom hole
  assembly yield, and derrick / mast rating.
• Wireless signals allow for quick installation and
  replacement of individual components.

  is optional for other sites on location
• Console includes a technical information section
  that holds well kill and tubular information that

• Crown Saver and floor saver are set to apply
  brakes if pre sets are exceeded
• The block height and weight are combined for an
  on-the-fly pipe tally that is accurate to 3
  inches 2.62 cm per 1000 feet 254 meters

• Drillers Console provides accurate weight
  indicator as a percentage of maximum pipe yield
• Components are engineered for durability
• System includes BOP Ram sensors that will
  override engine throttle when pipe rams are
  closed.
• If the rig continues to pull after throttle
  override has engaged (once reaching 80 of pipe
  tensile strength) the crown saver circuit is
  applied to stop the draw-works
