StudentPLUS StudentPlus allows Educators and
Parents alike to manage their students while
providing them access to the most relevant,
insightful and potent information about their
students, enabling them to be highly
effective. Student Administration - Easily
manage day-to-day student administration and
information such as demographics, scheduling,
attendance, discipline, standardized tests,
report cards and transcripts. Teacher Access -
Provides Teachers with an integrated gradebook,
assignment and attendance management system as
well as the ability to easily communicate with
parents. Home Access - Provides Parents the
ability to be more informed as to their childs
grades, attendance, assignments and discipline
information.

Login Open a browser (Internet Explorer,

This is the My Home page. It is the first screen
you see after logging in. You can click on the
MAX button for maximum screen viewing, but you
will lose some of the buttons.

How to take ATTENDANCE Go to My Home.Select
Current MP CoursesUnder the Actions bar Select
the class you are marking attendance for. Click
ALL P if all are present.Click ATT to select
the individual Absentees or Tardys.

Check in the boxes beside the students names if
they are absent/tardy.
Be sure to SAVE.
Coming feature
As always, the office overwrites all attendance
issues. It is displayed in RED.

Green check indicates attendance has been
sent. Missing attendance reports are sent at
pre-set times If you mark a student absent and
they are at schoolemail PEIMS clerk.

GRADEBOOK SET UP You must set up categories
before you can enter assignments or grades.
Start at My Home. Click the drop down arrow to
view the options for viewing classes. Select
Current MP Courses To the right of the class
select the abbreviation Def. link to define the
categories for your classes. This will have to be
done for each class.

You will check the categories for your campus and
enter the weight of each category as dictated by
our district. You may choose to drop 1 or more
low grades and how you will treat missing grades
in your class. Be sure to save your choices.
These can be edited.

    assignments.)
  • Go to My Home.
  • Click on Def.

Entering an assignment

red asterisks are required fields Enter Date
Assigned and Date Due Choose Category from drop
down list of your defined categories Decide
about extra credit Enter Description. May click
More button for extra text. All text for
description will display in Home Access Center
(HAC) if you check the box to publish the
item. Enter Points the assignment is worth.
Usually 100 points. Enter 1 for the weight for
the assignment. Check boxes to Publish Item
and/or Publish Scores if you want this
available in Home Access Center (HAC) Click
Save. Assignments can be edited but
they can only be deleted if no scores have been
entered for it.

To enter scores/grades, return to My Home.
Click on Score next to the Class you want to
enter grades for.

GRADEBOOK SCORE PAGE
If you click the Notes Icon next to the students
name you may enter notes for the student and
elect to publish your notes to the Home Access
Center.
Color coded scores.

Notice the students names are hyperlinks.
This column is the average for the current
Marking Period. There is a tab for each
category. This page is displaying ALL
categories.

You can view information for all students in your
classes by clicking their name link.

Clicking this link will take you to the year view
of Bretts attendance, but this information is
for the current day.

This could be used as a weekly Progress Report.
Student Detail Button Clicking this button from
the Score Assessments page shows all scores for
students. It will page break between each
students scores when printed.

Includes a line for Parent Signature. Can use
the Print button to print Student Detail for
each student. Clicking the Scores button will
return you to the Scores Page.

Morning Bulletin Example

To log out of the gradebook completely close out
of the browser you opened to access it. The
gradebook is not completely closed until all
windows or tabs opened in the browser are
closed. This page shows a browser with 3 tabs
opened. The gradebook is not secure and could
be opened again without the password unless all 3
tabs have been closed.
