• Ulcers previously considered unresponsive

Protocol

• Online software to guide consistent patient, skin
  and wound care and record results
• Wound assessment PSST (Bates-Jensen)
• Wound care Solutions program
• Debridement
• Cleansing
• Dressing non gauze
• Pressure relief

• Partial thickness
• Time to healing- 61 of 134 healed in 31 days

• Full thickness

• Previous benchmark 23 healed in 16 weeks
• Now 36 of 373 healed in less than 9 weeks
