About the PLT Attractiveness IndexTM
The PLT attractiveness indexTM shows how
appealing a community will be to an incoming
rural ISP. Using census data about the
population and businesses in FHREDIs region, the
index forecast 13 different measurements ranging
from who will buy to when and includes what
access they probably have today. This
presentation lists only three of the
measures 1. Total DSL penetration 2. Number of
residents not served 3. Number of businesses not
