• Enthusiastic launch.
• Steering committee appointed, led by Karl Zimmel
  of Alberto-Culver.

• Conference call held with Prospective Members.
• Association incorporated as a Charitable Trust on
  March 29, 2006.
• J. Oliver Heyliger and Roger Gillett subscribing
  members.
• Mike Hardy appointed as coordinator.
• Bank accounts set up.
