4Faculty workplaces
- Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest in
Krtiny - is a special-purpose facility, which serves the
faculty as a background for demonstration,
training and research. At the present, the TFE
manages 10 406 hectares of forest land. - Biometrical Laboratory
- is a specialized workplace that provides
services for the faculty departments. The
laboratory works with equipment for
digitalization and computer-based image analysis.
- Timber Industry Workplace in Zlín
- focuses on testing and certification, research
and development of wooden floors, windows and
doors. - Furniture Testing Room
- is the only accredited workplace for this group
of products in the CR. It cooperates with
production and commercial organizations by
testing particular types of furniture.

- Since the academic year 1996/1997, FFWT uses ECTS
- European Credit Transfer System, which enables

Socrates/Erasmus programme as well as to domestic
