    with the executive on the basis of absolute
    confidentiality therefore the exchanges between
    them can not be communicated to third parties
    without prior approval of the executive
  • The coach proposes to meet HR and hierarchy
    after 5 sessions have been conducted, and at
    the end of the program, to debrief on coachees
    progress
  • A confidentiality agreement may be signed
    between the coach and the Company, at the
    Companys initiative, to protect Companys
    intellectual property
  • The Company may terminate the coaching
    assignment at any time, with no other
    liability than paying for coaching sessions
    performed
