Project description

• The project aims at creating a network for female
  leaders from companies, organisations and
  authorities in the area of the Northern Periphery
  and North West Russia.
• The project will strengthen female leaders in
  their work situation by promoting new patterns of
  leadership, better use of networks, dealing with
  diversity and training in a collaborative and
  communicative culture.
• These skills will foster more advanced individual
  competencies, and practical work in the project
  will support business development between
  companies.
