• Character stabbing
• Onset Duration 2 weeks ago 2 hrs until
  relieved with pain med
• Vision no problems, myopia, hyperopia, double
  vision, blurred vision
• Hearing HOH, Tinnitus, Cerumen build-up
• Sensory overload behaviors agitation,
  frustration, withdrawn
• Interventions PCA pump glasses, hearing aid
• Med List pain meds, ophthalmic drops, ear
  drops.
