new members, retention of existing members,
reactivation of inactive members and the
    establishment of new councils.

11
The State Membership Team
  • Our goal is to build and strengthen membership in
the Maryland Jurisdiction. We will accomplish
this by ensuring that the District Deputies are
actively assisting the Grand Knights in
    developing an enthusiastic recruitment, retention
and reactivation program in every Council, and
through the establishment of new councils.

12
The State Membership Team
  • Our approach is to respect the District Deputys
responsibilities and authority in the area of
membership and recruitment. We will assist the
    District Deputies in accomplishing their
responsibilities and fulfilling their roles in
the areas of recruitment, retention and
    reactivation.

13
The State Membership Team
  • Our responsibility is to facilitate a team
    management approach for recruiting, retention,
    reactivation of inactive members, establishment
of new councils, and the promotion of members
    through degrees.

with District Deputies for the purpose of
assuring that each Councils Membership Team is
