- You must log in.
- Go to the Unit.

- If you dont see Add Post you either forgot to
log in, or you are not authorized to post on this

District Commissioners and Asst. District
Commissioners can add a Comment to a Unit
Commissioner post by clicking on the Add a
Comment link. You can add another comment to
your own post, or you can edit your original
post. You can also delete a post you have
entered. Unit Leaders will NOT see these posts.

- Unit Assignments
- The Commissioners view of Unit Assignments
allows the Council Commissioner to see who is
assigned to which units within a selected
District. - This view can also Sort the list by Commissioner
Name, City or Unit Type/. - Unit Assignments will not be visible unless you
are listed on the Staff Roster.

Clicking on a Unit takes you to that Unit Home
Page.
Clicking on a Commissioner takes you to the
Commissioner Staff record, and a list of units
assigned to that Commissioner.
25Assigning Units
The District view of the Unit Assignments
includes the Flags. This view can also Sort the
list by Commissioner Name, City or Unit
Type/. To change a Unit Commissioner
assignment, click on the pencil in the far right
column. Click on bullet, and save.

- Tools and Utilities
- The Commissioners Tools includes a group
emailer. - It will send an email to any person in the Roster
with an email address whether they have a
MyCouncil account or not. (They must have email
through an email service provider to receive
emails.)

Unit Home Pages Helps for Unit Home Pages are
available from the Units link in the green
bar. The most important set-up step is to get
your Unit Leader to create a MyCouncil account
and accept responsibility for your unit page
content. Cubmaster Scoutmaster Advisor Or call
Janet at the Council Service Center to appoint a
surrogate.
