• Completed Parallel 1 Testing and Reconciliation
• Payroll and HR transactions successfully entered
  in FPPS for Pay Period ending 6/12/2004
• Successfully performed payroll calculation and
  produced labor cost files for all centers
• All Centers successfully generated and posted
  bi-weekly labor data files in SAP
• Incurred crosswalk and ledger errors
• Had to manually load all production transactions
  that had occurred since May 3, 2004 due to old
  cross-walk data in test environment
• SAP data revalidated and processed successfully
• Labor Cost reconciliation completed
• Known discrepancies documented and reviewed with
  the Centers
• State Tax Calculations
• NPPS and FPPS Table Errors
• Change Requests (CRs) not scheduled until
  Parallel 2 (i.e., NEBA Insurance)
