How Does Education Data Fit Together in B.C.?

• A Personal Education Number links with B.C.
  education information systems and lets scholars
  analyze education information in many ways

  methods. Her project involves using an anonym zed

  over sample for aboriginal students as a learning
  resource for graduate research methodology
  courses.

• Dr. Jane Gaskells project involves tracing how
  many students go from their elementary school to
  the secondary school in the same catchment area
  (the district feeder system) or in different
  schools in the district or lower mainland.

• Dr. Clyde Hertzman, model of "cell-to-society"
  research on early child development for Vancouver
  and in studying how community factors, sawmill
  industry downsizing, and individual sawmill
  workers labour market experiences affect their
  children's development.

  relation to her work on reading intervention in
