HTLA status

• HTLA is a response to a call for projects from
  the ARA
• HTLA will be one of many (several) ambit claims
  that will be assessed by the ARA
• HTLA has excellent academic credentials and
  strong support from major rail organisations,
  experienced rail consultants and the Bureau of
  Transport and Regional Economics
• HTLA has been well prepared but it is a
  preliminary proposal only
