What is Internet Business Pack ( IBP)

• IBP is a value add Internet service pack, giving
  additional features and services over and above
  our standard product set.It includes Static IP
  and customers wishing to have Static IP will have
  to order IBP.
• Its available only to ALL NEW customers
  ordering our Broadband Business range of
  products.AND it is strongly advised that if the
  customer wants any of the benefits of the IBP
  they order it with the new service.It is not
  possible to simply add the IBP at a later date
  without additional cost and delays.

EXCEPTIONS It is not available for customers who
want Teleworker or Satellite products. .

IBP for the Business 500 USB service

• Single Static IP address
• A ".co.uk" domain name (others available at
  additional charge) , min period of 2 years
  attached to the domain name. If service is
  cancelled within 2years then a 95 administration
  fee is charged.
• Business card (single screen web page advert for
  business)
• Trade Park entry (directory listing) in Portal
  members area
• 10 additional email boxes
• 30mb additional web space
• Advice on optimising search engine inclusion
• Email alias Your name_at_your company.co.uk.

• Allows hosting of own Web site on OWN computer at
  customers premises,use of Net Meeting,etc
• Can transfer existing .co.uk for free or
  transfer/order a .com,net,org for 5 extra per
  month
• Professional web package to put your business on
  the web

• Store your valuable data on secure server off
  site for 9.99 month for 500Mb.
• Gives your customer greater flexibility when
  emailling you
• Gives the opportunity for a more professional
  looking web site

• Access to Netstore data backup facility (
  chargeable)
• 10 extra mailboxes supplied giving total number
  of 20 mailboxes
• More web space extra 30 MB giving a total of 50
  MB web space usually only 20MB on standard
  service.

Pricing

• SIMPLE
• Just add 10 per month to the basic product
  rental price
• BUT if customers wants any other type of domain
  name than a .co.uk then there is an additional
  charge of 5.0 per month on top

Regrades and Upgrades

• Existing Static IP and Advanced IP customers will
  automatically be migrated to IBP and informed as
  such
• All other existing customers cannot be upgraded
  to IBP at present
• It should also be noted that if a new customer
  is not sold the IBP at the time of initial order,
  then they will be UNABLE, subsequently, to
  upgrade to the IBP without incurring additional
  cost and delays.
