    incentive compensation for 15 senior
    administrative positions
  • Mid-Level Survey - added 43 new positions,
    including 24 coaches of specific sports also
    revised and added IT positions.
  • Upload capability added for both AdComp and
    Mid-Level surveys
  • National Faculty Survey now collecting salary
    data for entry-level and senior-level researchers
    in 10 disciplines
  • All reports will show un-weighted salary data to
    ensure compliance with Dept. of Justice Safe
    Harbor guidelines
  • 2007-08
  • New structure and numbering scheme will be
    implemented for both AdComp and Mid-Level
    surveys. Used in 2006-07 with new positions
  • Community College Faculty Survey will be revised
    or possibly discontinued participation in not
    as high as we would like

    for AdComp, Mid-Level and NFS surveys
  • Allows users to create own comparison groups -
    from scratch or using the New Group Wizard

    variables at once for a single year
  • Crosstabs and Frequencies - Used for categorical
    variables (Yes/No). Crosstabs allows you to see
    count and percentage info by cell for two
    variables. Frequencies can be used to produce a
    single report for one or two years and for one or
    multiple variables.
