  • Earn 86 Semester Credit Hours
  • 6-7 Semesters In Residence
  • Per semester, minimum of 10 credits maximum of
    17 credits
  • Earn Credit For the Following Courses
  • All Required First-Year Courses
  • Legal Ethics
  • Perspective Elective (list identified at
    registration)
  • Professional Skills Elective (beginning with the
    Class of '08 - list identified at registration)

JD Graduation Requirements
  • Complete the Writing Requirement During the 2nd
    or 3rd Year in One of Three Ways
  • The Senior Research Option Complete a minimum of
    four hours of Senior Research
  • OR
  • The Journal/Moot Court and 2-Draft Option
    Complete satisfactory service on moot court or a
    journal AND write two drafts of a manuscript.
    The Journal/Moot Court work and the 2-draft
    manuscript must be unrelated.
  • OR
  • The 1-Draft and 3-Draft Manuscript Option
    Complete a single draft manuscript and a three
    draft manuscript. The two manuscripts must be
    unrelated.
